Chronic subdural hematoma is a frequent pathological entity in daily neurological and neurosurgical practice.
To date there is no consensus regarding the best treatment for the individual patient diagnosed with chronic subdural hematoma.

The DSHR combines Dutch CSDH-studies, collaborates within these studies
and will convert the results of (inter)national studies into a widely supported national guideline.
